Privacy policy:
To process your payments, we need to share some of your personal information with the person or company that you are paying or is paying you. Your contact information, date of sign-up, the number of payments you have received from verified PayPal users, and whether you have verified control of a bank account are provided to other PayPal users who you transact with through PayPal.If you are buying goods or services and pay through PayPal, we may also provide the seller with your confirmed credit card billing address to help complete your transaction with the seller. The seller is not allowed to use this information to market their services to you unless you have agreed to it.We work with merchants to enable them to accept payments from you using PayPal. In doing so, a merchant may share information about you with us, such as your email address, when you attempt to pay that merchant. We use this information to confirm to that merchant that you are a PayPal customer and that the merchant should enable PayPal as a form of payment for your purchase. Regardless, we will not disclose your credit card number or bank account number to anyone you have paid or who has paid you through PayPal, except with your express permission or if we are required to do so to comply with a subpoena or other legal process.

Shipping:
All shipping & handling costs stated on buy now buttons are for the lower 48 States, only. Extra freight, S&H, Customs and / or Brokerage fees, are due for shipments out of the lower 48 United States. You can email us for a quote for the extra shipping cost, or we will email you with a payment request for the extra costs, after your order.

Electrical Parts:
All Electrical or Electronic parts are not returnable!

Refunds and Returns:
All returns must be accompanied with an RGA number and the original invoice. Please e-mail us with the invoice within 3 days of receiving your order and explain why you want to return the item and an RGA will be assigned to you.
Shipping the item back is the responsibility of the customer and must be sent freight prepaid to the address listed on your RGA# form.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless they are unused and in their original packaging. If a product is shrink wrapped and it has been opened it is not returnable. Please inspect all chrome plated products very carefully before installing on your bike. Any chrome plated products that have been installed are not returnable. No exceptions!  Installing these products often leaves marks from the fasteners and are not re-saleable.

For Trailers:

* Please inspect your order upon delivery. Do not sign for the Shipment until you are satisfied that there is no hidden damage. Any damages or shortages MUST be noted on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery, to be covered by the Insurance.


14 Day Return Policy - We accept returns on new trailers only within 14 days from the date of purchase. Trailers must be returned untitled, unused and in new salable condition. You must contact us to obtain a return authorization number. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Customers are responsible for shipping both ways (Shipping is non-refundable). If the trailer you purchased had free shipping, then the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. All returned items are subject to inspection for damage, and a 30% Re-stocking fee, before refunding per policy.

Some Manufacturers have a "NO Return" Policy.. These are items that may be used once, to move to a new location, then a return is requested. * Like the "Prom Dress" scam.. Use once and a return is requested. Only Defective parts are covered by these manufacturers.. * Example / Motorcycle transporting from one location to another.....

For all other items:
30 Day Return Policy - We accept returns on new products only within 30 days from the date of purchase. Product must be returned unused and in new salable condition. If the item you purchased had free shipping, then the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. All returned items are subject to inspection for damage before refunding.
Please inspect all packages upon delivery. Any damages or shortages MUST be noted on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery, to be covered by the Insurance. Notify the carrier and “Total Marketing Concept” immediately and we will assist you as fully as we can. Please retain a signed copy of the bill of lading for your records. Note that the carrier will make a final determination on all claims. In addition to the return policy all items sold by do carry a warranty. Warranties vary by product. Should you find the need for assistance with a defective item then please feel free to contact us so that we may honor this warranty.

All returns of undamaged goods will incur a 30% restocking fee if shipped back within 15 days. 15 days is calculated from the day the product shipped to you till the day it is received back. Shipping charges will also be deducted for orders that shipped free. All products returned must arrive in perfect condition and sellable to be eligible for refund or exchange. Otherwise it will be refused and shipped back to the consumer at their expense.

Cancellations:
You can cancel a part before it has been shipped, there will be no penalty. If we commit to the product with one of our suppliers and you cancel, there is a 30% restocking fee. This applies whether the product has shipped or not. All shipping charges incurred will also be deducted from your refund.

This policy is not to make money on you in any way. These are industry standard charges that we pay our suppliers if we return a product.

In order to cancel an order you must email us the invoice within 3 days. Do not leave a voice mail and assume your order is cancelled. Voice messages get lost. Your order is not officially cancelled until you receive an email from us stating a status change to cancelled. If your order ships before we cancel your order, you are responsible for any restocking fees and shipping.

Warranties:
Any warranties on the products sold hereby by Total Marketing Concept are only those made by the manufacturer.
Customer must engage the manufacturer for any warranty issues.
Shipping the item to the manufacturer is the responsibility of the consumer.

Secured Payments:
In Internet Explorer, you will see a lock icon Picture of the Lock icon in the Security Status bar. The Security Status bar is located on the right side of the Address bar.
The certificate that is used to encrypt the connection also contains information about the identity of the website owner or organization. You can click the lock to view the identity of the website.
